Who is responsible for your data
Ruta 225 SpA, Chilean tax ID 76.706.417-9, operating under the Infonaut brand, based in Puerto Varas, Chile. For anything related to your data you can write to fbahamondes@infonaut.cl.
What data we collect
Only what you give us through the two forms on this site.
- Contact form: name, email, company (optional) and the message you write.
- Application form: name, email, professional profile, GitHub and LinkedIn links (optional) and your message.
- Technical logs: the server hosting the site keeps access logs, such as IP address and browser, which we use only for site security and operation.
We do not use tracking cookies, advertising pixels or analytics tools. The site does not create user accounts.
What we use it for
- Contact: to answer your inquiry and, if it moves forward, to prepare a proposal for your company.
- Applications: to assess your profile and write to you if a project comes up where you fit.
We do not use your data to send advertising, we do not sell it and we do not share it with third parties for commercial purposes.
On what legal basis
We process your data with your consent, which you give when you submit the form. When you request a proposal, we also rely on the pre-contractual steps you yourself are asking for. You can withdraw your consent at any time by writing to us.
Who else has access
Forms are submitted through Web3Forms, a service that relays each submission to our corporate email and acts as a data processor. Its servers are located outside Chile. The mailbox where we receive messages is hosted on a server located in Chile.
Beyond that, only the Infonaut team members who need to reply to you have access to your data. We will hand data to an authority only if the law requires it.
How long we keep it
- Contact messages: up to 30 days after our last communication. If your inquiry leads to a proposal or a contract, your data becomes part of that business relationship and is kept for as long as it lasts and for the periods required by law.
- Applications: up to 6 months after you send them. Then we delete them. If you want us to do so earlier, just ask.
What your rights are
You can ask us at any time to:
- Access the data we hold about you.
- Correct it if it is incomplete or out of date.
- Delete it.
- Object to or restrict a particular use.
- Receive it in a structured format to take it elsewhere.
Write to fbahamondes@infonaut.cl and tell us what you need. We reply within the legal deadline and at no cost. If you believe we did not handle your request properly, you can file a complaint with Chile’s Personal Data Protection Agency.
How we protect it
The whole site runs over HTTPS. Only the people who need to reply have access to the mailbox where messages arrive, each with their own password. We apply measures that are reasonable for the kind of data we handle, which is professional contact information.
Minors
This site is aimed at companies and professionals. We do not knowingly collect data from minors. If you believe a minor has sent us their data, let us know and we will delete it.
Changes to this policy
If we change anything relevant, we will publish the new version here with its date. The date at the top of the page always indicates the version in force.
